As a Bank Mandiri agent, maybe we often experience problems when transacting on Mandiri edc machines. One of the problems that arises is that the receipt paper does not come out, time out, the balance is cut off but the money has not yet entered the destination account. So for that in this video, I will tell you how to deal with a cut balance, the receipt does not come out but the money does not enter the destination account. Such problems usually arise due to interference with the destination bank. As I experienced a few days ago, I made a transfer transaction to Bank BRI, the receipt did not come out but the balance had been deducted and had not entered the destination account of the BRI Bank. The step we have to do is ask for checking account data from the destination account as proof that the balance has not been entered, then we make a report to Bank Mandiri regarding the problem.
