Pico Playtime: Dodge
Dodge by Artridge is a dodging game for Pico-8 where you must dodge. Avoid enemies using all of your skills of evasion with either a mouse or (if you're insane) keyboard or controller. Waves of evil squares and rectangles seek to ruin the day of our hero the circle. This is such a simple, addictive game with a lot of polish and attention to detail which elevates it far above what would otherwise be a fairly unexciting concept. Silky smooth animation and some really cool Pico-8 music make this blast from the past (well, 2019) well worth a look.
