Growing Tropical Ginger in a Colder Climate | From Seed to Harvest
Aside from a few raised garden beds in the past, I have never done anything like this before on this scale. I'm learning as I go along, but am sharing my love and enthusiasm for deeply connecting with nature, growing my own food, and living more sustainably.
In this video, I share my experience growing ginger in a cooler area. It's a tropical plant that needs a lot of heat and water. I show you the steps I take from seed to harvest, what I do to take care of these plants, and the various ways I use and store ginger.

I garden the NAKED way.
