For DreamingWithDragons' Musicals Worm MEP. Happy Belated Birthday!
If there's one thing you need to know about me, it is that I am a musical theatre aficionado. I LOVE musical theatre, I've done it for years and I'm known as a bit of an obscure musical theatre dealer in my friendship group, so I literally had to join this MEP or I would combust, no joke.
I had a few songs in mind to do (Bridges of Madison County nearly won out), but in the end I settled on my favourite song from my favourite musical (possibly my favourite musical theatre song of all time as well), Stay from Amelie. I just love this musical so much, I was lucky enough to see it when it was on in London and it is just the most perfect show, so heartwarming and beautiful, and the MUSIC?!?! London cast recording supremacy as well! Belle is my favourite Amelie casting, and although Charming isn't exactly who I'd put as Nino, he had the best footage for what I needed.
I'm going to stop rambling before I literally cannot shut up about this musical, but this was a lot of fun, and I hope the finished product looks okay!
