The Soma Incarnon is considered one of the worst in the game. Its not bad by itself but it lacks the stats to become top tier. This all comes down to its status chance. A fully automatic weapon having 10% status chance is very bad and the user could go for either some pure damage build or some pure bleed build.
Either way in a status focused meta, 10% status chance is not gonna fly
