What paths lie ahead for religion and spirituality in the 21st Century? How might the insights of modernity and post-modernity impact and inform humanity's ancient wisdom traditions? In episode 9 of The Future Faces of Spirit, David Long argues that the future of religion lies beyond inclusivism and pluralism -- beyond the single mountain top of perennialist accounts or the confused mish-mash of the new age -- and draws on Joseph Campbell's work to begin to imagine a translineage tradition that can serve the whole spiral of development.
David Long is a YouTube personality, a musician and artist, and a proponent of what he calls the Integral Emergentist rEvolutionary Movement.
