Join me for a glimpse into my daily life!
In this video, I’ll challenge myself to spend less than ₱500 ($10) for the whole week while still enjoying very delicious food.

I'll cover the following meals:
• Cooking Chicken Afritada. A popular Filipino dish made with chicken, vegetables, and a savory tomato-based sauce.
• Making Arroz Caldo with Egg. A traditional Filipino rice porridge.
• Cooking Tilapia with Bok Choy. A delicious and nutritious dish that combines tilapia, a mild-flavored fish, with Bok Choy. (also known as Pak Choi or Chinese cabbage)
• Cooking Cabbage with Ground Pork. A savory and comforting dish. The dish can be made with various vegetables, served over rice or noodles.
• Making Corned Beef with Potato and Egg. The dish is savory and satisfying, with the saltiness of the corned beef balanced by the creaminess of the eggs and the mildness of the potatoes.

Some essentials, such as rice, salt, and pepper, that I have readily available won't be included in the calculation.
Total cost in this video: ₱421 ($7.17)

It reflects one person's dietary choices over a specific week and may not be suitable for everyone. Individual nutritional needs vary based on factors such as age, gender, activity level, and health status.
While I personally practice intermittent fasting using the 16/8 method, which involves eating all my meals within an 8-hour window and has been very effective for me, nutritional needs can vary greatly from person to person. Before making any significant changes to your diet, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian for personalized dietary guidance.
