Remember to replace d: with whatever drive letter your Windows 8/8.1 installer media is located on; for example, mines was located on drive e: so I replaced d: with e:
Command Line:
DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:d:\sources\sxs
