Remington Model 81 "Double Stovepipe" malfunction
Watch as the first case falls directly into the open action just as the second case is being ejected! We were stumped until we watched the video.
This malfunction is probably more the result of a weak ejector spring more so than freak chance. Typical brass ejection should be much more forceful. This rifle is only ejecting cases 3-6" out of the action.
