Mint chocolate chip ice cream ~ recipe
Heyy I’m back! My new editing software is difficult to use but worth it. Hope y’all like this ice cream!!
Ingredients
6 egg yolks
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 cups of milk
2 cups of heavy cream
1/2 tap xantham gum ( optional )
Handful of fresh mint
1/2 melted dark chocolate
