I love how ambient music is storytelling with no borders. You can build entire sonic universes without any limits of time. During this piece I was trying to perform a gentle growth and push it towards a rhythmic and more challenging vibe.
From a more technical aspect: I know how the Sequential Prophet REV2 supposed to be an upgrade to this synth, but .. I'm obsessed with the sound of the Prophet 08. All I need is an effect unit (a Dynacord DRP10 in this case) and a well prepared patch with expressive sound design. I could do this for hours. There is such a deep, breathing quality to this instrument, you can form it to a good friend but also to a fierce enemy.
