Held on the United Nations International Day of the World's Indigenous Peoples (9 August), the INDIGI HACK Awards is an International recognised event which celebrates the achievements of young Indigenous STEM innovators.
Held at the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence in Redfern this year’s INDIGI HACK theme is based on preserving and maintaining Indigenous languages using technology. Over 100 youth across 3 countries and many diverse backgrounds will compete to take out one of the three major prizes.
This awards will be attended by the country’s most high profile political and community figures, scientist, entertainers and personalities. We will have performances from Australia's best Indigenous acts, technology showcase, delicious bush foods and more.
Join hosts Rae Johnston and Matt Webb in an evening of inspiration, excitement and dancing.
