LEGO unveiled World's Largest Model Set which is a 1:1 scale replica of Star Wars x-Wing Starfighter at Times Square in NYC on May 23, 2013 as part of The Yoda Chronicles . This model consists of 5,335,200 LEGO bricks and weighs 45,980 pounds. 32 builders spent about 4 months building this giant piece of awesomeness!
