Tanker ship hit by missile / Russia-Ukraine War
On 25 February 2022, the Millennial Spirit was carrying 600 tons of diesel fuel and was transiting through the Black Sea. Russian warships reportedly shelled the tanker twelve miles south of the Ukrainian port The ship had a crew of twelve who were predominantly Russian;[2] two were injured and the other ten were forced to abandon ship in lifejackets.[3] All twelve crew were rescued by Ukrainian authorities
