Growing Potatoes: Leaning as I GROW
In this video, I’m sharing my first experience growing potatoes in my garden. I’m really just documenting and keeping it real about the process. After showing the potatoes, I propagate a Mexican spinach plant that was given to me and then show the water I use in my garden. I also add to compost which is a big part of my growing process.
Toward the end, I showcase my sweet potatoes and even do a surprise taste test on a part of the sweet potato plant that I didn’t know was edible!
