1. Raiden, best electro character right now with really powerful skills, can be DPS or Sub-DPS. But the meta now forcing Dendro to become supreme. That's why she's in number 3 from 65 chars.
2. Xiangling, still the best Pyro Sub, or DPS, OR Pyro Support. Cons 6 Xiangling is still the best thing you can get from a 4-star. And also she's the only 4-star in this list, which is incredible.
3. Zhongli, best shielder. But that's all he does, which sometimes not really impactful, but still really good.
4. Shenhe, why she's better than the rest of the polearm characters? Becuz Ayaka exist, that's all.
5. Hu Tao, once dominated the meta becuz how powerful she was. Until more mobs released that can burst her in any seconds, making her become high risk high reward character in today's Spiral Abyss.
Honorable Mention.
Cyno is still one of the favorable on-field DPS, he's really strong and powerful indeed, but most of the on-field DPS that relying on their Elemental Burst, and needs to wait until it recharges, means after you unleashing them, you need too quickly clear the mobs, or else, you will need to charge their E-Burst again. Kinda high risk high reward, but if not done correctly, changed into high risk low reward.
