Yep, I said it! I’m a much better maker – Over 100 pounds weight loss. This is not a project video. Well, kind of, I guess. It’s a project on myself video. In this video I talk about my journey in my weight loss of over 100 pounds, so far. I talk about the why’s and how’s I did it. I talk about how much more I have to go. I pat myself on the back a bit on a recent big accomplishment of running the Peachtree 10k Road Race and I talk about my next short term goal of jumping out of an airplane to skydive. Is intermittent fasting a good choice? How about Nutri System? Making a better maker should always be our first priority and I hope this video inspires someone to take the journey themselves.
