Achievement: Skyscale Scales
Description: Collect skyscale scales to help Gorrik discover what is ailing the new species of dragon.
Reward: (1AP) + chest + Skyscale Scales

Pre-requisite: Complete Season 4 Episode 6 to unlock Newborn Skyscales achievement.
Then talk to Gorrik to further unlock Skyscale Scales achievement.
Gorrik is in the southwest area of the map. He is marked on the map, just north of the MP.
I have grouped the skyscales according to area & proximity. Hope this helps!

1:55 9. In the shackled grasp of a mighty dragon.
From The Underworld wp, head NE, into a small cave, by Shackled Grasp PoI.
2:37 10. In the shadow of a pinned wing.
On a ledge, north of Wing's Shadow, Chaos Gate PoI, nearby a Jackal sand portal.
3:17 16. Under a dragon's wing.
A bit further east of #10.
3:31 11. On a necrotic coast, falling forever into the sea.
On a floating rock, west of Necrotic Coast.

5:01 12. Where a wing's shadow ends and a wasteland begins.
From NW shrine, head west past the thermal tube.
5:44 13. To the north of a road through a wasteland of fire.
East of Burning Forest wp, in the rubbles
6:17 14. Search near the image of a fallen god.

Head west from the wp. The scale is on the ground to your right.

N of Umbral Battlegrounds, on a burnt branch, by the water
9:18 2. On a small verdant island along a main road.
South of Pact Command, bottom level.
9:49 18. In a stormy canal near a dragon's spine.
NW of Gnarlgrove, near big crystals, by the water
10:18 21. A scale of a lesser creature on the back of an Elder Dragon.
SW of Pact Command wp, on Kralk's back

11:35 7. A root reaching out to the southern sea.
SE of Mist Warden Camp, on a big root sticking out into the waters.
12:17 5. In time, this verdant scale may be washed away.
North of Melandru's Chalice, E of the vista & Verdance Falls PoI.
13:20 4. Protected by a severed wing.
South of the skyscale roost in Crystal Wing (E of map)
14:58 6. On a moss-covered branch to the north of a moss-covered wood.
North of Mosswood, on a big branch
16:18 19. On a shore where a mossy forest meets a howling gate.
South of Mosswood vista, by the waterfall
17:09 20. In a bat overlooked by the god of death.
