My friend gave me this guitar to do a bit of a set-up and block off the trem. I first gave it a clean and threw on Ernie Ball 9-46 strings, then completely filled up the trem cavity with bits of wood.
The neck pickup is stock, and the bridge pickup is an Ibanez v8 (I found out while making this video that it's actually not connected).
Whoever owned it previous to him tried to "customize" it by rounding off the end of the pointy Jackson headstock, painting the body with house paint, and made the lower horn of the body.....um.....twist, so you can have it standard (curling inward) or modified (curling outward). I have no idea what he was trying to do. Regardless, the current owner seems to be happy with it and I found that it was really nice to play.
