Hello everyone, welcome to the Portfolio section of Allex! We will show you how to overview all projects with the list view, the timeline and the reporting. In the list view you have an overview of the projects sorted by status. The order of these is calculated by our intelligent tool itself. Of course, you can also define and adjust the order according to your needs. The timeline helps you to get an optimal overview of the buffers and deadlines of your projects. With the capacity requirement, you can check at any time whether enough resources are available for the respective projects. In addition, you can view the status of your projects at any time in the dashboard of the reporting view and thus recognize at an early stage whether your current projects are at risk.
