I went out to photograph early spring that was starting to bud at the stunning Hardcastle Crags. A beautiful National Trust pennine woodland that is home to the stunning Gibson Mill, a 19th century cotton mill that was powered by water. My aim was to capture the simple beauty of the new season. The fresh new greens juxtaposed against the reds, browns and oranges of the passing year.
