Home Secretary Suella Braverman has vowed to outlaw killer XL bully dogs, aiming to ban their breeding and sale after the latest horror attack on a girl in Birmingham.
Mark Riley from Rocky’s Army, which supports dog owners facing having their pets destroyed, says banning the XL American Bully breed “won’t help” end dog attacks.
“Some action has to be taken but you can’t blame every dog that's that breed. They’re not all that way.”
