I have been traveling and eating too much in Georgia, since this Georgian food is too delicious. All this bread and delicious wine and cheese is sticking onto my belly and making me gain weight! So, I began my weight loss and rejuvenation journey in the historic Soviet spa and natural spring town of Tkaltubo.

You have heard of fat burning weight loss massages? I think that's kind of what this is, except with natural spring water.
