Celebrating my bday with a new video today!
Recorded Paganini’s 5th Caprice and made trap beat on top of it.
It was fun but also hard.
Feels like Superman in Kryptonite without distortion. Feels naked and powerless.
Props to those who can play this piece faster and cleaner. I’ve seen some amazing covers.
It’s got a lot of string skipping and constant picking action without much rest. I can still hear my sloppiness here and there.
Props to those who play clean guitar clean and fast. Like Tim Henson and Ichika Nito. Seriously, so many amazing players. Having said that, I think I suffered more on this video than some of Polyphia covers I made in the past (only on my instagram page). I don’t know why.
For those of you who noticed, yes I actually combined Eugine’s trick bag version in the beginning with the original classical piece. It’s hybrid. 😏
