This video is a follow-up video to one of my best performing videos, I will show you five ways to either eliminate or improve your customer feedback score.
Method #1 and #2 will use a "Community" page and like campaign to remove the score altogether, and/or use a digital product to get the feedback removed.

The next methods, #3 and #4, involve asking for feedback when customers buy and later on after receiving their order.

The final method is setting up a one-day retargeting campaign and having a "team" of people visit your site, then the next day when they get served the ad, like it, comment on it, and then go to / activity and leave positive feedback.
