Aux on the Jaguar X-Type?
Yes it is possible without any soldering or interference with the radio.
The topic has been raised many times in Polish and foreign forums, but without specific solutions.
The most popular way to add a jack was to solder it.
However, it required turning the radio up.
As with any modification, there is a risk of damage.
My way is cheap and fast.
You don't need more skills or huge funds.
All that is required is:
FM modulator (price from PLN 70 to PLN 100, not available in Poland)
Two antenna adapters (max PLN 30)
I have read many guides and posts myself, it seems to me that my way is very simple and meets expectations.
I have been testing it for some time and I have no major objections.
At maximum volume, and outside the city, there is sporadic slight noise.
I think it is a matter of setting the appropriate frequency depending on your current location.
