Tips for saving your trail cameras from getting stolen and bears
There’s pros and cons with hanging trail cameras up high.
Pros - stay out of field of view of bears, deer and other people
Cons - less of a field of view and can’t always do it due to vegetation
It tends to work best for me on scrapes to hang them high when you have a central point you expect the deer to pass through vs monitoring a wider area.
