How to change background in Oculus Quest
To change the Home Background in your Meta / Oculus Qust 2 and 3 on the v74 MetaOS, Go to Settings, scroll for Environment Setup, Virtual environment, and from here you can download more backgrounds and change the current one. I hope this video helps.
