Las Vegas Raiders Star Davante Adams Sounds Off on DeSean Jackson, Rumors He's Miserable With Raiders
Las Vegas Raiders star wide receiver Davante Adams has had just about enough of other people speaking for him.
Adams met with media members on Wednesday, September 4, and addressed comments from former NFL wide receiver DeSean Jackson that suggested Adams is unhappy with his situation in Las Vegas.
"At the end of the day, the facts are the facts, and that is not a fact," Adams said, per Paul Gutierrez of ESPN. "I've probably spoken to DeSean Jackson maybe three or four times in my life, and I never had a conversation with him [about this], ever. And I put that on my kids. I've never spoken to him about anything."
Jackson made the comments in question during an August 27 guest appearance on "The Herd With Colin Cowherd." The show asked Jackson -- who played with the Raiders in 2021, the year before the team traded for Adams -- about the topic in the context of Adams' story arc on the Netflix show "Receiver."
