This takes place after the defeat of Zarathos and going the adventure in the outside world of JoJo Bizzare Adventure part 3 and went back to the Gensokyo and where me and Reimu Hakurei have children.
There are few people who are very curious and always wondered of this new strongest Saiyan in history (me) that they wish to meet him and find out for themselves of how strong the Saiyan really is...which that is where Hanévi caught to her attention to find this Strongest Saiyan in history to make her improve her power and can't stop herself but to be excited about it, that is where she gathered the Dragon Balls and somehow Shenron was able to grant a wish to bring me to the lower world and face Hanévi for her to see my potential. But the question is...does Hanévi have what it takes to defeat me?
