ABBA SPOOF FROM WELSH TELEVISION PROGRAMME "PELYDR X" (1993)
Peldr X was a S4C programme that took a comical look at topics of the day (Welsh language television programme) Here they take a comical look at the then Tory Government MP Kenneth Clarke who was Chancellor of the Exchequer at the time. Hence Kenny, Kenny, Kenny, the lyrics ask where has all the money gone and why the lack of funding, homeless people etc. Things are not much different now, 20 years on. Except maybe there is now more despair with the current Tory government.
