Originally stemmed from 4 YouTube Shorts skits I did around the Sifu Dough and the iron crotch (and 1 on self defense groin strikes).
There are a LOT of things in my experience with traditional martial arts about the iron crotch and to be honest, I do not know what to believe.
I guess this is why groin strikes are not allowed in MMA?
