Storytime:
I was looking at my portfolio before applying to an animation project, and I thought
"Well, I know I can animate, but my most recent example is four years old.."
Sooo... this project was born! I started it about a month ago, but final projects got in the way, and I wasn't able to finish it until now. I'm super happy with how it turned out!!
As for the characters in the animatic, their story is still in the drafting phase. What's important here is that the main character, Percy (he/him), found Aurora (she/her) and took her in. Despite whatever threat happens at the climax (still tbd!), she ends up staying with him.
If you want to see more art of these guys as I figure their story out, you can find them on my Toyhouse!

Thank you to Chrisrin for somewhat inspiring this animatic!
