Dopamine Detox ➡️ Change your Perspective.

Tadaima!

I was out from social for this “dopamine detox” thing. It’s simple, but it's not easy. I think you should try it.
Supposedly, I will do it for 30 days, but I think, I need to impart something valuable before I perish, for tomorrow is not a promise.

I’m just here to post this video for the people whom inspired lately, to keep them moving, to make an impact to this world, (I remember when we were younger, when we were asked what we want to do when we grow up, we would answer with enthusiasm, “I want to change the world” haha.) and for the real few people who gave their support during my darkest days. “The smaller the circle, the bigger the drive.”
I took this opportunity (crisis) to develop myself into becoming a better person than yesterday.

People will start calling you crazy when you start preaching about life. There is still a part of you left within them, thinking you’re not going to change. Who gives a shit? That’s your life. You’ll be the one responsible when this life is gone. Don’t waste a minute and start working on yourself. If you don’t prioritize yourself, someone else will.

I am at a new level of consciousness brought about by a series of spiritual awakenings, moments of metanoia, and painful, profound, and penetrating personal insights.

What brought me here is this fascinating experience in the perigees of life. I turned these pains into fuel to keep me moving forward with life. “GALAW” and “KAPAKANAN”

My ego was once so big that I couldn’t even kneel. I thought the world would always revolve around me. I thought I was that important. And then I realized, as I look at the sky, immersed myself to the immensity of it, from the cosmic point of view, I am just as infinitesimal as you. But now, I always keep my ego in check, and kneel, to tell HIM how grateful I am for everything I have, and not focusing on the things I don’t.

This self-aggrandizement, self-absorption, egomaniac, or however you want to call it, made millions of peoples’ lives miserable, not only with themselves, but their relationship with others. Would you let yourself fall into this same trap? Why do you let your self-worth be determined by the likes, reacts, comments, or shares from social media? Why do you let other people think for you? Why do you let your possessions possess you? Why do you buy things you don’t want, to impress the people you don’t like, with the money you don’t have?

It’s good to be recognized, appreciated, be valued, applaud, to have prestige, wealth etc., don’t get me wrong, it’s nice to have these things, but if you come to realize, these are nothing at the end of the day. When your time has finally come to an end, are you going to talk about those things in your final hours? I think not.
This is what I believe in, and this is my truth. Change my mind. Opinions are welcome.

*Yeah, I wear the same clothes. I am a very sentimental person. They are the witness to my blood, sweat, and tears. Would you be so kind to donate clothes for me? 😅 And why the fk am I explaining this. Ciao!
