How to bake a Sunflower Seed Bread with Sourdough & Yeast.
For the recipe we need the following ingredients:
Ingredients for 1 Sunflower Seed Bread:
•250 grams of sourdough
•200 grams of wheat flour
•250 grams of rye flour
•250 milliliters of water
•¼ cube of yeast
•1½ teaspoon of salt
•1 tablespoon of sugar
Kitchen gadgets:
•Mixer/Food processor
•Mixing bowl
•Whisk or fork
•High vessel to stir the water-yeast-mixture
•Kitchen towel
•Casserole with lid
•Baking paper
•Spatula
•Brush
•Wire rack
