VIDEO TRANSCRIPT:

[Rory Cellan-Jones]
For many of us, typing just gets harder and harder. I've got Parkinson's. I've got a tremor in my right hand and it really is difficult. And more and more I'm trying to use voice to text software, but it's not very good on websites. So what I'd like for Christmas, please, is for every website to have that big red microphone symbol.

That I could press, and off it would go, I would be, instead of typing, I'd be talking and that would make me very happy.

[Mik Scarlet]
Hello, I'm Mik and all I want for Christmas is that those people who design or own a website or app to have a mind shift change to stop thinking that they're designing for disabled people or for those people over there. And remember that good products work for everybody.

[Sara Gibbs]
Hi, I'm Sara Gibbs and I'm Autistic, and all I want for Christmas is for websites and apps with large blocks of texts or articles to have decent text to speech functionality. This would help people like me who struggle with sensory overload due to prolonged screen use and light sensitivity.

[Isaac Harvey]
Hello, my name is Isaac and I have a disability called limb pelvic bipolar aplasia, which means I have no arms and short legs. All I want for Christmas is an alternative way to be able to scan QR codes because currently I am unable to pick up my phone to scan certain codes when I'm at home and do require people to help me out.

And it would be great if there was a way that, there's a different way of doing QR codes so that I can access websites.

[Mik Scarlet]
I wonder, what do you want for Christmas'?

So, follow the hashtag.
