Bring back classic file menu-bar on Win 11 (Easy way)
Enable/Disable classic file menu-bar on Windows-11 which is by default not visible.
1.Dowload the .bat file from the below link. You can ignore the warning when downloading.

2.Right click on the file downloaded and click 'Run as administrator'. It will enable the menu bar.
3.To disable , follow the same steps and use the file 'Disable classic menu.bat
