Main takeaways - cyclops boss spawns at start and every ~2min after - save Z or Ebuff for cyclops. If unable to one phase cyclops before one shot attack use self-PA (infinite fortitude to tank) and if that's not enough to allow you to kill cyclops probably not ready for the spot gear wise.
