SCPrime Storage Providers - Update your contract settings!
SCPrime have announced some new guidance to follow on the amount you can/should charge for your storage. In this video I'll go through what the new settings are and exactly how to set them on both Windows and Linux storage providers. This needs to be completed by the end of January 2022 to stay in compliance with the provider incentives.
Here are the commands you can copy and paste on your own provider:
WINDOWS:
spc host config minstorageprice 5SCP
spc host config collateral 5SCP
spc host config maxcollateral 50SCP
spc host config collateralbudget 1KS
spc host config mindownloadbandwidthprice 1SCP
spc host config minuploadbandwidthprice 1SCP
spc host config maxduration 9w
LINUX:
./spc host config minstorageprice 5SCP
./spc host config collateral 5SCP
./spc host config maxcollateral 50SCP
./spc host config collateralbudget 1KS
./spc host config mindownloadbandwidthprice 1SCP
./spc host config minuploadbandwidthprice 1SCP
./spc host config maxduration 9w
Please make sure you are in the correct directory (where spc resides) before trying to run the commands. You also need to be in as sudo on Linux before the commands will run.
