Unsere #Montageplattform eignet sich für eine Vielzahl an #MedizinischenVerbrauchsgütern, wie zum Beispiel zur Montage eines #Autoinjektors. Die Materialbestückung dieser Anlage erfolgt dabei durch einen Mitarbeiter. Nach manueller Bestückung und Freigabe schließt die Sicherheits-Hubtüre automatisch und der Fügeprozess wird ausgeführt. Dabei wird die Qualität des Prozesses permanent durch Kraft-Weg-Messung überwacht und die korrekte Position der Einzelteile in der Baugruppe anschließend mit Visionsystemen kontrolliert.

Our #assemblyplatform is suitable for a wide range of #medicalconsumables, such as the assembly of an #autoinjector. The material loading of this system is carried out by an employee. After manual loading and release, the safety lifting door closes automatically and the joining process is carried out. The quality of the process is permanently monitored by force-displacement measurement and the correct position of the individual parts in the assembly is then checked using vision systems.
