Using the BCC feature in Microsoft Outlook
Want to send the same email to a bunch of people? Make it easy for yourself and use the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) tool in Outlook.
Type it once, and then 'secretly' send it to everyone you need to at once!
Find the BCC field in the 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 menu in Outlook - turn it on and use it whenever you need to.
Don't forget to send it to yourself in the main TO field... just so it doesn't look weird! 📧 #shorts
