The rules:
1. Must earn $12 million per year for two consecutive years
2. Hard Economy
3. Seasons
4. Precision Farming
5. No selling grass products (hay, silage)
6. No loan balance during $12 million years
7. All products sold every year
8. No harvest contracts that deliver to our own productions
9. Contracts can not count toward the $12 million.
10. Can't earn more than $250k per month in contracts
