Leading and managing a team of marketing professionals at the firm, Valerie drives the firm's business development, marketing, and communication strategies, and has been praised by attorneys for her ability to identify and cut inefficiencies, consulting on client-relationships and business development initiatives, and developing and executing high-level client programming and events. She has also helped secure top clients while simultaneously identifying opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts.
Valerie has led teams throughout both her academic and professional career, and her experience has allowed her to embrace the hybrid work model and actually grow her team during the thick of the pandemic. Team growth and inclusion are a main focus for Valerie at Weber Gallagher, where she serves on the Diversity & Inclusion and Pro Bono leadership teams and committees — contributing to the strategic vision for both of these efforts within the firm.
