Akira Shimizu: Head of the Ochanomizu Main Branch. Graduated from the Faculty of Education at Tokyo Gakugei University. He originally aspired to be a teaching specialist, but discovered the Takeda Juku Channel and changed course. After serving as head of the Atsugi Branch, he is now head of the Ochanomizu Main Branch.
