Decision Matrices
This video shows a comprehensive method of developing a Decision Matrix. A Decision Matrix is useful in boiling down the elements of a decision to its base criteria so that alternatives can be compared. This method takes the extra steps of identifying measurable characteristics and applying a scale to them. It can easily be modified to the user's discretion, but emphasis is also placed on "why" everything is done.
