Walking through abandoned malls can be such an eerie experience. The intense silence of such a massive empty space that was once so full of life. I can remember visiting malls, and the collective noise of all of the people, especially around the holidays. Now when you visit a mall, even the more active ones by today's standards, you just can't experience the same kind of moments.
