So with the doc your best friend is their danger zone and hoping they get nervous, otherwise, this is one tough cookie. Took me about 5 tries, had 2 games where one survivor left the game, so it wouldn't count as merciless anymore. I also had 1 match where I only had two kills and even that was just barely.
