Family Trail Real Estate Development Update
Real estate development along the Family Trail is making progress!
Road construction and lot sales are currently underway. All three lots in our Phase 1 have been sold, and we are pleased to announce the addition of two new signature lots in this part of the development 🏠
Progress is being made on our access roads and we will be ready to launch our Phase 2 lots in the very near future!
We’ll be installing a cool new ski tunnel that passes under the portion of the access road that crosses the Family Trail ahead of the 2024/25 season.
Since the launch of this project, we’ve been committed to preserving skiable terrain. The two new signature lots impact the lower exit of Tony’s Trees onto the Family Trail. As a result, we will be cutting NEW beginner glades between lower Tony’s Trees and Rock Drop this fall 🏂
