We explain how some stakeholders in the debate want to make you wrongfully believe that:
Article 13 applies only to a couple of major platforms, even though they don't actually know to whom it will apply
Article 13 is not about #CensorshipMachines, even though:
1) European Commission Vice-President Andrus Ansip speaks about the price of filters in a European Parliament hearing;
2) MEP Jean-Marie Cavada (ALDE, France) tweets to state that automated filtering of content put online is a great step forward; and,
3) a French royalties collector says that filtering will be required in all circumstances.
