Profile Detection Pellenc ST : Sorting Black Objects and Inerts
Pellenc ST introduces "Profile Detection" to eliminate carbon black objects and inert materials, previously invisible for NIR infrared technology.
This new sorting option available for all Mistral+ will further improve the purity of recovered fractions in a simple and cost-effective way. In practice, Profile Detection further improves our customer's final product quality in paper, PET, or LDPE recycling applications.
With no impact on the machine’s headroom, and using Mistral+ standard light source, the Profile Detection is a state of the art innovation. Using no laser, the option is completely safe for your technicians. It goes along with the CNS (Central Nervous System), forming a multi-sensor fusion.
